SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 72 hours-Air freight or 120 hours-Sea freight;

No processing on Sundays or National Holidays.

Parcels' delivery path:

Bean's MotoBooth WH → Logistics partners' WH → Customs declaration(supplier's country) → Air or Sea freight → Customs Clearance (buyer's country) → Local logistics parters' WH (buyer's country) → Domestic tranportation → Delivery to buyer's receiving address(to door)

⭐️Order processing may take 1-5 days;

⭐️Shipping to Logistics parters'WH may take 1-3 days;

⭐️Tracking Number will be available once Logistics parters' WH received item;

Shipping Time:

Shipping time varies from different Countries or different shipping methods (with different cost), most of the countries buyers can expect parcels to be delivered within 10-20 days(via air) or 30-40 days(via sea).

You will see how many days to be expected when selecting your shipping method during Checkout.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping fee shown upon checking out includes all shipping expenses, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Tracking Orders:

Tracking Number will be sent to customer via email.

Customers can track their parcels by clicking the "Tracking Orders" button provided on our homepage (top or bottom menu).

⚠️Sea freight's tracking number may not work on above method (due to some shipping agencies not sharing their API with tracking website), you can email us to get specific tracking links.
