Speed Tabs are a set of two circular adhesive discs used to bond your Flair more permanently to the Nubbin mounting points. Choose these tabs after deciding on the Flair you want to keep installed. Once stuck on, the original instructions state that you will no longer be able to spin the Flair or swap it out.
