KOV model FITS: Kove
Want to move your Kove 800 foot support rearward for your riding position? This Motion Factory Racing listing specifies a position 20 mm behind stock for the Kove 800. Its rotating Trail and Adventure platform options use A90 medium-flex bushings for adjustable flex and vibration damping, making them relevant to riders who alternate seated road riding with standing on trails. The pictured Trail platform measures 82 × 65 mm; Adventure measures 107 × 65 mm for a larger support area.
Enduro provides a fixed platform that does not rotate or flex; its optional camber wedge is sold separately. Replaceable cleats and serviceable hardware allow worn components to be maintained. Confirm the exact Kove 800X model, year and supplied mount before ordering: the written 800X fitment, general gallery chart and HCB labels in the options are not fully aligned. The 20 mm figure describes rearward movement, not a stated height reduction. Select your platform and hardware, then follow the separate tightening instructions for each fastener below.
For the Kove 800 model, it is 20mm back from the stock position.
Our patented Flex-Mount Footpeg System now offers a platform option for all riders. Try our Trail or Adventure platforms that offer rotation with the added benefits of vibration damping and adjustable flex.

-Enduro platforms are hard-mounted (they do not rotate or flex) with an optional camber adjustment wedge sold separately.
-Trail and Adventure Platform options come with:
-Chromoly steel spindles with reusable thread locker. 14mm wrench. Torque spec 40 ft/lbs
-A90 (medium flex) rated bushings
-Cleats and stainless steel machine screws. M3x18mm. These can simply be replaced by going to your local hardware store when damaged or worn out.
-Bushing bolts. 8mm Allen wrench. Torque spec 30 ft/lbs
*IMPORTANT* If you are ever installing the platforms onto the spindle the nylon locking nut torque spec is 2 ft/lbs (hand tight) Once you feel it bottom out stop tightening and visually inspect to make sure the nylon in the nut has engaged with the last couple of threads on the spindle. Over-torquing/tightening will cause the threads to strip and fail.
*We designed our hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuildable and serviceable.
